SOLANTIC PHYSICALS
When you or a family member need a physical examination completed, walk-in to a Solantic urgent care center in Gainesville or Ocala and our qualified medical staff will take care of you. Our basic physical examination includes a documented medical history, a lifestyle review and our doctor's evaluation of your health condition. Based on your particular needs, personal lifestyle factors and work environment risks, additional testing and screening may be required. Basic exams with a thorough inspection and evaluation of your body's functions start at $50 for patients under the age of 45. Solantic urgent care clinics also offer an Executive Physical for corporate officers to meet your company's insurance requirements or internal policies.
If you have scheduled an elective surgery, our pre-op physicals are competitively priced, beginning at only $180. Our physicians start with a general examination of your basic health condition, taking into account risk factors and lifestyle issues to determine your individual risks of proceeding with a surgical procedure using the prescribed anesthesia. Pre-op physicals normally include a digital chest x-ray, ECG, CBC, CMP and PTT/NR. Once your doctor has reviewed the results of tests, wellness screenings and lab work, you will be ready to report for your surgery. Our "no appointment needed" policy makes it easier than ever for your family members to get a back-to-school physical, recreation department physical, OSHA respiratory exam, hazardous materials physical or specific screenings for hearing or eye sight.
Employees who drive company vehicles, operate dangerous equipment or have exposure to certain materials, are often required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to have OSHA physicals and routine healthcare screenings. Jobs of this nature typically call for regular health inspections and a thorough review of an employee's medical history as a pre-employment step. To complete a standard OSHA physical, your employee will complete a detailed health questionnaire and our staff will administer a complete respiratory screening. For any occupational physical, Solantic can custom tailor our inspection and evaluation to meet any testing needs for hearing loss, sight impairment, blood pressure issues or any other applicable wellness screenings.

Solantic is participating with Commercial Insurance Plans for Urgent Care Services, only. Solantic can't bill your insurance company for physicals. You may have an Insurance benefit that covers all or a partial amount of your Physical cost. Solantic will provide you a receipt that you may submit to your Insurance company for reimbursement.
